July 21stHiroshima: Please pray today for the Ke family as Matt and Misty reach out to them with the Gospel. The Ke's were Matt and Misty's neighbors when they lived in their old apartment, and in God's provision they have moved a block away from Matt and Misty's new home. Please ask God for strong bonds, open hearts, and new worshipers praising Jesus.

July 22ndShizuoka: The Rainers ask your prayers for Mi san, Ta san and their son. The Rainers recently had lunch with this family in their home. They are friendly and open, but know very little about Christianity and the Bible. Please pray that God will continue to give the Rainers opportunity to share about their faith in Christ and that the Holy Spirit will open the eyes of this family to see their need for a Savior.

July 23rdShizuoka: Please pray with the Rainers for Sugi, a young man in his mid-twenties. Sugi practices the Japanese language with David every week and they often discuss Christianity. He has several Japanese and American friends who are Christians, but has not yet confessed Jesus as Lord and Savior. Pray that Sugi will soon put his faith in Christ.

July 24thSendai: Se is a 4-year-old boy who goes to a kindergarten where the Bible is memorized and everyday class begins with prayer. His parents are not believers and even the teacher who offers the prayers does not know Jesus. Please pray that the Holy Spirit will draw this little boy to Jesus as he hides God's word in his heart and prays everyday to the God who made him.

July 25thSendai: Dosan is a lady whom Donna met recently while riding the bus. She said she heard about Jesus 20 years and has become interested in learning more about Jesus. Please pray for God to continue to draw her to Himself and that her interest will grow to full faith in Jesus.

July 26thChiba: A team from Jackson, Tennessee spent a week in June prayer walking, passing out literature, visiting people they had met on former trips and witnessing to them. Please pray for Mr. Su and his family, Mr. and Mrs. Sa, Mrs. To and her three daughters as well as Mrs. Ko and her adult daughters to trust Christ. Pray this will result in new worship groups and passionate disciples for Christ.

July 27thChiba: Pray for the seventeen thousand people who live in the town of Tako. In June, volunteers prayed and passed out literature, talking to people as they went from door to door in this farming town that has no church. Pray for God to soften the hearts of all but especially the elderly who will soon enter a Christless eternity.

July 28th Togane: Praise the Lord for Mr. Ar who followed the Lord in baptism in June. Pray that he will grow in the Lord and read the Bible and pray each day with Mr. Yo, another Christian at his work. Pray these two young men will be faithful witnesses to the others in their company and that one day there will be a church there.

July 29thFukuoka: Nori met the volunteer team, who prayed for him on their last day in Japan. Now he wants to understand something about prayer, although he claims to have little interest in seeking God. Pray that the team's prayers for him to turn to Christ will be answered.
